ZBZ Witten has a total of around 3,300 m² of effective floor space spread across four floors. The dental hospital of the neighbouring Witten/Herdecke University using around 1,600 m² is the main tenant and at the same time is an attractive partner for research, development or continued training for innovative businesses. Jointly available facilities amongst other things include the central reception, the shared kitchen and the climate-controlled server room.

The well-lit offices and laboratory areas can be hired in modular units from 14 m² up to a total area of around 450 m² by business founders, companies and scientific institutions from the fields of (dental) medicine and life sciences.

If required consultation and presentation room can also be flexibly booked in addition for up to 40 people. We offer favourable rental conditions to make starting out easier for people founding start-up businesses.
